[MOD: different brand]

Actually, it’s $7.93 on Amazon. I doubly wouldn’t buy anything again from woot after I didn’t shop around first to get the best deal

Or write to Woot CS to ask for a price adjustment.

There must be a lot of these. I got the two pack in my BOC last week.

Not just Amazon. These are sold at Harbor Freight for a fraction of the price:

And yes, the one I received had the sticker on it:

Fortunately for me, I only received one brush and CS gave me a refund.
$2.49 each online right now, but I’ve seen them for $1.99.

Just a heads up for next time, if there is, delete everything after and including the /ref=

The knife never needs sharpening?!?
Not sure I’d fall for that…

Wait, not sure I get it: Are you saying WOOT shipped you that brush with the HF label?

The WOOT listing is for 2 brushes that are 14", twice as long as what HF ones say.

I don’t know though, if HF doesn’t include the handle length and WOOT does that could maybe make them the same thing? That would be a not-so-nice trick I guess

Yes, Woot sent me a Harbor Freight branded brush with an insane markup.

I got it out again and took a picture along with a 24" scale.

The 7" refers to the length of the bristles along the length of the brush.

Well, that sux!

Most (or all?) other stores tag them according to the length that the bristles take up!

And, since yours is already marked with that length, that’s not a good look for woot.

Glad they made it right with a refund :hugs:

That is one thing that Woot has, for the most part, great CS. Sometimes it takes a while to get the point across or explain the issue, but they usually come through.

Here’s a tip for Amazon CS if you get the wrong thing or it is damaged.
Go to the bottom of any Amazon page and find the “Contact Us” link under the “Let Us Help You” heading.
Choose the “Chat With Us” box. From there you can ask to speak with an associate (type it in). You are far better able to explain the issue and at least have a record of the interaction that way. I’ve been promised that the right item would be sent out, now that they know of the issue, just to be sent the same, wrong, item again. The second time I had to deal with a return which is not free BTW, unless you provide all the material and drop it off. I hope this helps.

Yeah, that was pulled from Amazon inventory. There’s nothing there about it being Harbor Freight inventory. :frowning:

Thanks for the info. I ended ours and let our team know.

Hi there. Sorry you’re unhappy. Looked at your order and yours is a different brand altogether.

Here’s the knife on Walmart for $17.82.
