I believe the email you just received was informing you of the shipping delay and offer of a refund was to be considerate of the fact that we know we didn’t properly communicate the ship date, so we understand if you no longer want the item.

Did anyone actually receive their tumbler yet? I’ve finally gotten a few emails about it… supposedly something’s out for delivery today, but then the next email tells that they shipped the wrong one. Mystery item!
I got mine last week.
(And it was the correct one.)

I got mine yesterday.
Yeah, I got some emails. When it finally came, they sent a mug instead of the tumbler I had ordered. Few hours after I received it I got another email about the mistake and they were in the process of correcting their mistake.

You most likely got the mug version and should be receiving the tumbler you ordered, in addition to thr mug ’ so you got a free mug with your tumbler purchase
I firgit I irdered the tumbler was hapot wuth my F bomb mug and am not getting the tumber I originally ordered (in theory)
