I bought one of these at Walmart for just a few bucks more recently and like it. It picks up sand/de powder better than the usual Polaris though larger leaves not so well. If possible, I’d buy an extended warranty given the batteries do not seem to last very long according to others, but for under $150 it isn’t bad for light cleaning.

Okay for in ground pools, above ground pools and soft pools; Pease read the User Manual before the first using to get the better effect
Warm Tips - Please read the User Manual before the first use. not suggest soft pool
Vendor states all types of pools are fine.
