latest items charged to me?

my credit card shows a substantial charge. I need to know what for! I did NOT receive anything lately. I don’t remember ordering in quite some time.

Hi there. You can look at your order history to see what’s been purchased on this account.

If it’s not there and you suspect and fraudulent charge, please make sure you contact your bank first.

Next, you can contact Woot Customer Service. To do so, please email support@woot.com. Give them as much information as you can.

If you have a woot account, email from the email account used here or provide that email address.

• The exact amount of the charge.
• Last 4 numbers of the credit card so we can research the charges.
• Bank transaction number for the charges might help as well.

How do I get to view my HISTORY?

Go to

https://www.woot.com

In the upper-right corner, click on your username. Choose “Stuff you bought”.
