Sorry about that. When items ship via FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon), we do an inventory check at your closest distribution center to make sure they can pull the item immediately to meet the expedited shipping deadline. If they can’t for some reason, the shipping is denied. ![]()
how bummed am i …i was looking for any reviews and found some finaly on target …have to find the porcelain ones particularly and 2 out of 3 say that the teflon is peeling off the pans. one states that only one of the pans out of the whole set is the only one not peeling…bummer…but you know sometimes a price is really too good to be true. especially when usually just one good porcelain sauce pan is 40 dollars… there is only a 90 day warranty on this set
I got excited until I saw “not recommended for ceramic/glasstop stoves” and “handwash only.” Bummer! My all-red kitchen is needing a replacement cookware set.

Can you link it? All I can find is 10 piece so far (including Target), like at QVC (one 3 and 5 star review, $129.99, without spatulas or spoonula): at least this is cheaper at $99.99
http://www.qvc.com/Rachael-Ray-Porcelain-II-10-Piece-Set---Red-Search-Results.product.K298583.html
The 3 star review also warns you can’t use these enamel bottoms on glass stoves as noted above.
The previous Porcelain (not Porcelain II) 13 piece has different pieces for example, but also 3 utensils

I did not see this. How do i cancel my order?
The hand wash thing killed it for my household.Everything here goes into the dish washer or into the garbage can.

the difference is the lack of the 3 little spatulas but here is the link…
they go on to say that the bottoms stain and all…which is nothing new and how they get warm which is also nothing new with ceramic …but once again the only difference is the 3 spatulas and the color…but to think you would get quality porcelain cookware for this price …trust me i double looked i’m redoing my kitchen in the black and white and red cookware one sad woot puppy…
Hand wash? That’s a no.
Red? on a rose yes, on my pots and pans, NO! Tooooooooooooooo Loud!
I have a similar Rachel Ray set, blue with different utensils. All the best pots and pans are hand wash only, and with these, nothing sticks. It’s honestly more like “rinse off” than wash, that’s how easy it is to clean. I’m not a heavy user, so I can’t tell you how well they’ll hold up, but I haven’t had problems with the teflon yet. The enamal chipped a little on the edges when I packed these for a move lately, but they’ve held up well on my gas stove. My set came with the warning that the enamal could fuse to a ceramic glass top stove if left too long on too high a heat, but you shouldn’t use high heat with nonstick pans anyway. All in all, I love my set. They feel quality without breaking my budget, and the color is GORGEOUS. Easy to clean and good sized too.
what a warranty - lol 90 days. OMG
Red? These look orange on my screen and I think I saw them @ JCP. They were ORANGE there.
Handwash only, Not recommended for glass top, won’t work on my induction burners, oven safe only to 350 degrees (forget finishing something under the broiler!)NINETY DAY WARRANTY! Reviews of peeling non-stick coating. Sounds like a pile of crap to me. No thanks!
Did I mention how strongly the manufacturer believes in their product [not!] with the NINETY (90) day warranty? 90 days?

Non-stick pans shouldn’t be put under a broiler, anyway.

Considering the Rachael Ray porcelain II cookware is available in orange, red, blue, and purple, I’d say it’s a matter of your computer’s color settings. And I’m pretty sure orange is the most advertised color, so it isn’t surprising that’s the color you saw in-store. I’d trust the listed color. Besides, it’s a brilliant red on my screen. ![]()
Rachael Ray’s stuff is orange by default for the most part. She later added more vibrant colors for varietal purposes.
Anyway, I bought a set for my gf. We use them at least 3 to 4 times a day. I hand wash the pots, no scrubbing or anything needed, quite effortless. Don’t be lazy, most of the best pots are hand wash only. You wouldn’t let “hand wash only” stop you from buying fine fabric.
Anyway, RR’s cookware is of decent quality. The ceramic coating makes sure it doesn’t warp. Worked out well for us at 140 bucks, should work for you are 100.
Extremely inexpensive cookware is usually bad cookware (six pots with lids and utensils for < $100 is seriously cheap). Celebrity endorsed cookware is usually 50% more expensive than it is worth. Cheap celebrity endorsed cookware, let’s just say I’m not overly optimistic about the quality.
Also, from the QVC 5-star user review “they are light weight and easy to use”. Porcelain enameled anything should not be “light weight”. It means the either the porcelain is thin or the metal is thin or, at this price point most likely, both are very very thin.
If you are looking for a cheap set of pans for your first apartment and this is all you can afford, this might be a good idea. Otherwise I’d steer clear.
