Hello, I have contacted multiple times about the where abouts of this order. As the tracking originally just said delayed and than last movement was December 2nd nothing since. Upon my last contact support rep replied saying sorry about that a replacement will be sent. That was on the 12th of January and now look at order details no replacement was even done. I did not want a refund as I wanted what I originally ordered needed them for when it was time to change them out. However, since I still have not received, and I probably will sell the vehicle these were going to be used on by the time they arrive if ever. I believe a refund should be done immediately. I can just buy them locally for double the cost although they will definitely be in my hands after purchasing.
