This one had key chattering" or double-typing issues also received day is 4/17 and now woot closed the return window for it already! And I had sent many messages to woot services this 2 days no body answered it is poor service and bad quality in woot
- Submitting multiple emails can flag them as duplicates.
- There’s a 90 Day Woot warranty.
- They ask to allow 24-48 hours for a response, but because of the first point, they might have been flagged as duplicates
- I can pass this on to Woot staff, but they won’t be able to do anything until Monday at the soonest.

Hello. You purchased on 4/13 so you were past the 30-day return window. However you do have the 90-day Woot warranty as noted by @Froodyfrog.
Looks like they sent you a return label yesterday, a few hours after your post above.
