This is only an ‘okay’ mouse. If you’re not going to use the included software (ie, Linux, or just by choice), then the resolution is way too high, making the mouse unbelievably sensitive to every little twitch. As a result, you have to turn the tracking multiplier to below 1.0x.
On the other hand, the software is a bit buggy. I have never been able to make multiple profiles work correctly. I just adjust the parameters in the program before I play each game.
Other than that, this is a great mouse. High accuracy, nice hand feel, good button placement, etc.
Don’t knock these mice. I’ve used my current Deathadder (purchased here) for over a year. I"m in for a new one since this is a 3500 dpi as opposed to my current one at 1800 dpi

I had one of these a while ago (not wooted) and it was great for a few months. After a few months of intense clicking the left click button started to stick, and then totally failed on me.
Its a great gaming/design mouse but the durability was lacking.

Now we know why they’re refurbished. Perhaps they’ve corrected the issue on the reruns?
I got one of these (the white glow one) many wootoffs ago and it works perfectly, no issues whatsoever. If I wasn’t watching money so hard, I would buy another in case something happened to this one.
Bought one of these a while back, has a great feel and really kicks ass on certain games. Only complaint I would have is that the software that comes with it is a little cumbersome and the on the fly sensitivity can be kind of annoying - I wish there was a way to lock the settings.
