Razer Hammerhead True Wireless Bluetooth Gaming Earbuds

The reviews aren’t looking too good on this one,… Battery and connectivity issues

Is this the 2021 version or older?

It’s the original, 2019 version.

Yup, I just got my set earlier today, and I’m having trouble getting them to work at all… Will continue to try to troubleshoot and contact Woot CS if necessary.

I need to try the ones I bought.

So I couldn’t get mine to work. I think the batteries in the earbuds at least are dead; I’m assuming that this 2019 product has just been sitting in a warehouse for up to 3 years, discharging below the safe voltage limit. The case appears to take a charge, but even after it shows as “full,” it’ll then also appear to charge for awhile if you plug it in again.

I’ve already contacted Woot CS and had this resolved, but I’d figure I’d follow up with anyone who was tracking this thread.

I got it to work, but battery life is around 3-4 hours.

Worked fine for one day, left ear bud was totally dead after that. Woot refunded me, curious if the “Playseat Store” warranty is even worth looking into? Or should these just go to the local electronics recycler?

It’s worth a try. Did try asking razer and see what they say?

I ended up going through Razer and they did an exchange for the brand new version of these earbuds - the new set works great, so if you got these from Woot and are having similar issues I’d definitely get in touch with Razer and see if they’ll replace them.
