Bird Flu is hitting again. You might want to get this to dodge the high price of eggs for baking, etc.
So 72 servings, that each appear to be nutritionally the same as 1 egg, @ $56 comes out to ~$0.78 per egg. That is a dozen eggs for $9.33.

Came here to say the same thing. I would expect this to be the price for a case of cans, not a single can.
Yeah, powdered eggs aren’t really more cost-effective than normal eggs unless you buy a large amount commercially. In these packages marketed towards consumers, it’ll usually be more expensive per serving. The benefits are really for convenience, since they’re shelf-stable with an insanely long shelf life and don’t take up much space. Great for camping/backpacking.
It’s more expensive, but I highly recommend the brand OvaEasy for anyone who wants some powdered eggs for backpacking. Best-tasting brand I’ve tried.
