Really having a hard time with CS

I’ve been going back and forth with customer service regarding a damaged delivery… i sent photos which showed the box looks like it literally exploded from being dropped.

At first they said they had no idea where my order was. Then after 3x emails without a response they said I could get a replacement or refund. I opted for the replacement as I really wanted the item.

Anyways they said they would ship one out… 2 weeks ago. The only thing I’ve heard back to since my last 3-4 emails was ‘please provide your order number for support’ and ‘the email is different on the account’ (which it’s not)

At what point do things get escalated? I’m out $300 with a massive box of trash I have to take to the landfill on my own time and dime.
