I bought a 16" Mac Book Pro from Woot last week. Today, UPS arrived with a 13" MacBook Air. I sent customer service a message. No response. I called the number for complaints IN THE BOX. After waiting 20 minutes, the person who answered told me she worked for Amazon, and Woot problems were NOT her problem. I asked her repeatedly to give me a Woot customer service phone number and she told me she couldn’t. This is astounding. Could someone PLEASE call me and tell me where my MacBook Pro is???

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Also, make sure you reach Woot! customer service, not Amazon.

Thank you! I did not intend to contact Amazon. I called the Customer Service number from the card in the box. The woman told me that she worked for Amazon, that she couldn’t help me, and that she didn’t have a Customer Service number for Woot. Just Craziness!
