I purchased an electric pressure washer; it seems to be defective. I connect the pressure washer hose to the unit but it doesn’t lock in, (I can easily pull the hose out of the unit) the switch (on-off) to lock the hose doesn’t slide over so every time I turn the water on the hose disconnects from the unit and the water shoots out, I’ve sent several emails to Support but I have received a response. Any suggestions ?
Please give customer support a little more time. They’re extra backlogged from an update issue over the weekend.
