Lately I stopped shopping for groceries on Woot. It’s seems like 40% of my items never get delivered. They sit in limbo in the ‘Preparing For Shipping’ stage. And then when I contact customer service, the order get canceled. I do get these item way before they are sold out. Just recently they canceled my Motts Apple Juice, saying there’s no more in stock, and the next day Woot in selling them again. I didn’t even bother trying.
Now as you see my order for Reynolds Wray, which I purchased 14 days ago, is still Preparing for Shipment. With delivery by a week ago. I see another cancelation coming.
Hello. Sorry for the issues. The cancelations sometimes happen when the warehouse near you is out of inventory or unable to ship it for some reason. Amazon returns an error and we have to cancel the order.
