I can’t get the power adapter that comes from the solar panel to connect to the back of the camera. I was told that “firm pressure” was needed, but what I’m experiencing goes far beyond that. It just won’t go in. Anyone else having this issue?

I don’t recall having to use excessive force to get it plugged in but it is a snug fit for weather protection.
Yes, the barrel plug adapter. It does look like it should fit. The barrel is not misshapen. I suppose there could be something in the plug on the camera. I’ll need to take it down to investigate that. Thanks.
FWIW, I do recall that I connected it before I put it up. Might be worth trying it that way.
