I purchased this in October for my parents for Christmas and installed it today.
The advertised 30 Day Free Trial is not available (the App said it’s already been used) and a chat session with Ring did not help restore the opportunity.
The advertised Security Stickers were not included in the box.
My parents original doorbell chime isn’t working on the first try, I’ll have to revisit it again tomorrow.
Alexa helped out by adding her own doorbell chime for us without being asked to. We don’t mind, but you might.
