These really work. I have a set of three from a previous generation of the product (mine have a removable bottom piece which I’m always afraid I’ll lose, whereas these new models seem to have a built-in system that raising the item to allow airflow). If you need to keep produce fresh for more than a day or two, these containers will help. Carrots, for example, keep for weeks! They’re designed for whole produce, not prepped or cut.
