I highly approve. Been using this thing since January. It’s built like a tank and a fifth of the price of similar vests of the same weigh. Just fyi, the weights are sandbags, not hard weights.

Does it come with the weights or are they like sand bags that you have to fill up?
It comes with everything. If you decide you want to take weight off, each Velcro punch has a little sand bag in it.
