I thought Direct Tools outlet and Home Depot were the only authorized Ryobi sellers…

I bought the sprayer last week. Arrived a few days later. I have seen Ryobi on Amazon in the past.

I’m going to try it out and with an extra $5 off, why not

To get a confirmation, does this use the standard Ryobi drill/driver batteries? I don’t see pictures clearly of the battery

Hello. From the features:

Spray up to 30 tanks per charge with any 18V ONE+ battery.

I bought one of these a few deals back. Please note: it takes a while to prime so be patient. I put water in mine for the first leak test and it probably took close to 3 minutes so make sure your battery is charged. I watched the water slowly go through the hose to make sure it was actually working.

I was going to order one, but it seems that the extra $5 coupon was only good until yesterday…

Are these shipping out of Massachusetts? I see a package on the way from UPS but haven’t received a shipping notification from Woot.

Not sure but I do see that it shipped. Our tracking emails are being stubborn and not sending out. We’re looking into it.

Thanks! Looks like my Vertuo coffee pods order has the same thing going on with its shipping notification, just fyi.

Oh yeah, tons and tons of orders. When they break that log jam, it’s gonna be a flood of emails.

The sprayer is not working. I tried to contact support to return. Still no answer. I would not recommend!!!

Did you allow 24-48 hours for a response?

I wonder if the system would let you do a self return.

To return an item:

  1. From Purchase History, click “I Need Help” next to the order which you want to return.
  2. Select “I wanna cancel or return some stuff”.
  3. Select “I want to return the items I ordered”.
  4. Confirm that the item on your screen is what you want to return, by pressing “Continue”.
  5. In the second message of the subsequent monkey chat, you should see this text:

And hey, if your order was placed within the last 30 days, the item price is $20 or more, and it arrived damaged, defective, or missing accessories, you can do a self-service return by clicking here.

Press the word “Here”.

(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)

Hello. I see that customer took care of you at about 1:30pm yesterday… well before your post.

Make sure you check spam/junk folders for emails.
