Never had a curved monitor, what’s the pros and cons?
In theory, the curve of the monitor matches the curve of your eye so when you scan side-to-side on the monitor your eyes don’t have to constantly shift focus. I own this monitor (purchased elsewhere as a refurb for a few bucks more, but I needed it when I needed it) and it is an excellent choice for all the routine tasks you would do on a home or office PC. Hardcore gamers may have much greater demands for a monitor, but for what the other 99% of us do this monitor is great - bright, clear and comfortable to look at. And at 27" it is big but not so large as to be hard to find things on, and this is a great price.
My only gripe is the funky one-button “joystick” style control on the back to access the monitor’s built-in menu and settings, but once you get things adjusted to how you like them you never really have to use it again after that. I give it a solid recommendation.
