If these are new, why only 90 day warranty?
We don’t have a way to verify if Samsung will honor the warranty so we added the Woot warranty. We’ve also just added the Asurion warranty.
So we ordered this phone as a Christmas gift. Packaging was sketchy and resulted in a broken screen upon arrival. Took days for woot customer service to arrange a return. Sent it back and woot has had it for 5 days and still no refund!
Hello. Sorry for the broken screen. Please be patient. It’s a busy season for customer service everywhere. The form asks you to wait 24-48h for a response so it seems as though that was on target. The return email asks you to please give them 5-7 business days to process the return.
I believe I found the account with the order. If so, it arrived to us on 12/23. 12/25 was a holiday. It’s now the weekend. All-in-all, we’ve had it 3 business days.
