Mine was missing the IP68 S Pen + Anti Shock even though the item description clearly stated this was a part of the deal. Booo!

For an end-of-life product, it is really good. I bought 2 of these, specs are good, and it’s quite responsive, weird it did not bring the pen, not the anti-shock cover absorber. I did email customer support about that, but I do love the product; it does the everyday task great, and not a lot of bloatware, which is a plus
I think what I got from them was an automated message with what’s wrong with the product instead of reading what I actually wrote, which was about the accessories.
I’ll touch base with CS.
FYI on the “anti-shock cover absorber”, the tablets themselves are MIL-STD-810H2 complaint for shock absorption, they do not come with a separate shock-resistant cover.
Just as the other Wooters had mentioned, the pen and the rugged case both are missing from my package as well. The Tab does come with a pen and the case. I was supper excited for it, but seeing two most important accessories missing is disappointing.

According to online sources this device comes with a separate removable protective cover that provides additional durability and a slot at the top which holds the S-Pen stylus. There’s mention that the cover must be removed to access the battery compartment. I assume that it’s similar to a rubberized OtterBox cover. I can only assume that is to what the Wooters are referring.
