This is more of a customer service thing, but they’ve been very unhelpful so far, so I’m trying to see the best way to handle this. I ordered this tablet (the 128gb). I got shipped a refurbished a8 (32gb), which I can buy on Amazon for $130. I was told the s8 wasn’t in stock, but this listing proves it obviously is. I was offered a full refund (which I do not want - I want my tablet that is listed here) or a partial refund that would have me pay $228 to keep the a8, which is absolutely unreasonable seeing the $100 difference if I bought it elsewhere. What’s the best way to get this tablet shipped to me ASAP?
