This doesn’t sound like a deal to me. The newer version is twice as fast with usb-c and backwards compatible to work with USB type A ports. And less expensive.

Am I reading this right? It doesn’t work with Windows 10/11? (Windows Vista, Windows7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Mac OS 10.4+ only?)
