What does “copper” have to do with this mattress? It’s in the name but never mentioned in the description.

In both the Elite Hybrid and Bear Hybrid mattresses, the copper-infused foam is also a comfort layer . Given its thermal conductivity properties, the copper in this layer will draw your body heat and whisk it away — helping reduce your body’s temperature for a more comfortable sleep, all night long.

Grrr, spent a couple days contemplating and some light research/review comparisons and finally decided to buy only to be told it can’t be sold in CA during checkout. A “California King” that isn’t allowed to be shipped to California :woozy_face:

Got my “full” size one, set it up, waited a few days, and the corners stayed scrunched up. The corners inflated less than 1/2 the middle (which made it to 10").
Emailing service on it for a return and they offered $40 for me to just keep it ( on a $200 purchase? dafuq? ) and offered a prepaid shipping for a full return.
So, how does one return a memory foam mattress even if they’re paying for it? This is mind-boggling.

and also directly contradicts their posted procedure/policy on dealing with mattresses, don’t forget that part.

Hi there. Chatted with CS. They’re looking into it and will reach out shortly.
