For those too young to remember…
Back in the day, Little Caesars (pizza chain) whole marketing schtick was that their pizzas were always sold in pairs. You could not buy just one pizza from them. It always had to be two. The idea was that they sold two pizzas for the price of what their competitors charged for just one. Permanent BOGO as it were. This is why when the Little Caesars guy speaks he says “Pizza! Pizza!”.
