I am leery. The picture shows 10 little tiles that fit together as a 1 square foot design. So quantity 10 requirement met.
I thought the same thing. Just got them nope 3 1 foot squares literally can’t do anything with this. There are 10 faux Subway tiles in each Square 
Contact support. Clearly states you should get one 10-pack.
