Bought this a while ago, i can attest. If you have carpet in your home this is actually really good at cleaning, and the refills on the cleaning liquid is actually pretty cheap as well

Just bought it from woot. It arrived not working at all. I would not even power on. Submitted a request to get return and get full refund
Just bought one of these a few days ago. It works great! Unfortunately one of the soap bottles came half used. Overall happy with the quality of the Shark
