Woot is such a joke. Understand this SHARK Cyclone Handheld Vacuum is a refurbished proudct. On-line description cleary specifies " * 8" CREVICE TOOL (included): Pulls in fine dust and debris from hard-to-reach areas." but it is not there, secondly there is not even a charging cord. Woot confirmed by email that it is delivered but if there is any issue, click on 'Support page" which stated this page is no longer in use. Hope Woot customer service will see this.
