I’d be tempted if the warranty was at least a year. Is there any way to get more warranty? 90 days is a bit too short for this one, personally.

There are a lot of complaints about the app on this, and setting it up to work correctly. But, if you get it working, it’s supposed to work well.

I bought this one a few weeks ago at this price (or close to it). I set it up about a week ago and have had it doing at least one task each day. The initial set up in the app does take some time, but there’s no way around mapping and naming each room/region. The app has a couple quirks that mostly seem to be related to a lag in communication. With a little patience, it’s pretty intuitive and, so far, has been great.
Does this one come with a dust bin, I found out you cannot map the house without one?

Hi.. i got this one couple of weeks back. The dust empty in to the dock. I reached out to cusotmer service, asusual. No one responded since a week.
I bought this a few weeks ago and upon installation, had an error I could not correct. Talked to Shark and they agreed it was defective. Asked Woot for a refund and haven’t heard back from them yet.

Been looking to replace an old Roomba. For $99 this is totally worth it and I have had great luck with Shark products durability and customer commitment. My plan is to really use it regularly as much as I can before the 90 day warranty.
IMHO for just $99 you can’t go wrong if interested.

I bought one of these. This thing has changed my life. IF YOU SEE IT AGAIN FOR $99 YOU NEED TO BUY IT. I WISH I HAD BOUGHT 3 of them, one for each floor in my house.
I have a parrot, he throws seeds all over the house, feathers, everything. This thing is incredible, cleans my wood floors literally perfectly EVERY TIME. Within the first week I got $100 out of it.
I just got mine yesterday. The dock vacuum motor doesn’t start up when the robot returns to base. Error 26. Tried troubleshooting, it’s mostly about blockages and such, but it’s new (well refurb). There are no blockages, just the base’s motor doesn’t run. Tried Shark support, no help. Tried AI, not much out there with this issue. Any one in Wootland had, and fixed, this issue? Started support (and likely return) process with Woot support.
