Amazon has nothing to do with this deal. It’s from our vendor and it’s Factory Reconditioned.
Still doesn’t explain why my prior unit worked as it should until it just didn’t. I know to properly maintain it and service prior to each run. Yet still gave issues much sooner than one would have thought. Fingers crossed it was just a lemon.
Funny because I just messaged customer support since mine stopped working today, ±40 days after purchasing.
Not funny! My replacement unit is still working nicely lets hope it continues to function as intended.
Hope I get a replacement that works. First time returning something from woot.
Wow- surprised to see these comments on this product as I too received a non-functional Shark Matrix 2-1 that I ordered in September. I have an operating Roomba so I didn’t open my Shark until late October. Plugged it in, connected to Wi-Fi and continuously got an error message from the vacuum. Something about a side wheel being stuck ?? The vacuum wouldn’t run a cleaning cycle. I emailed customer service and told them I don’t want to return the vacuum for a refund, I’d prefer to receive a functioning and operable device. Like a send me a replacement, and I’ll send the broken one back. I know theres plenty just sitting around. However I wrote that email nly to receive a reply from customer svc saying “as preferred, here’s a shipping label to make your return”
lol. Anywho, I’m just here to complain with the other ppl who got not so sharky Shark vacs. Smh guess I’m returning it and buying another one

You may want to buy the replacement before sending the defective unit back as it currently only has 3 days left and this time it may not come back up for a while if at all.
Got the same error. Error 18 side wheel stuck. I’ll probably buy a new one if customer service take too long to answer.
2nd time purchase still didn’t last over 9 scheduled cleanings before it decided to not function as expected. Return request initiated. Internet reviews stated distilled water over city water. I believe that’s just a suggestion from manufacturer to furthermore protect their products from being a complete piece of junk. Funny that the vacuum aspect never seems to have any issues only the unit continues to not mop as intended.
Looks like they’re still available… But for $50 more!! I’ll stick w my old and worn out Roomba. Even as a refurb, it’s last 3yrs and I’ve replaced only the filter and sweeper independently. Woot can keep the Shark and the MORE EXPENSIVE, YET SAME SHARK that doesn’t operate. I’m sure there’s plenty more ppl who received bad ones that don’t both to make comment here.
According to the model numbers being provided they are actually different. Yet in actuality they claim to be of the same functionality.
The first one I got from this deal has been working great so far it’s been over 3 months.
Just order a second one.
