Bought the last time, had to return because the app is plain terrible.
How is this in comparison with the Roborock S4 max that was on woot awhile ago. I got the S4 and lasted about 50 runs (wifi connection did not work, manually ran it 1-2 times) then died (5-6mo). Was past woot warranty which I get, however they don’t have any sort of manufacture warranty so It was just money down the drain. Now I already ordered this cause I’m a sucker, but does Shark have any sort of warranty past the woot warranty on this item seeing its refurbished? Don’t want another expensive vac to be useless in 4 months.
Bought an iroomba lasted about 2months. Bought replacement parts even because it was definitely used. Shark is supposed to be better. But I’ve heard returns on woot is not the best-problematic
My baby loves grabbing on to this. Needless to say, this Robot hasn’t been allowed to clean my floors once.

Ordered and returned. Wifi would work for setup and first run, but drop out randomly later and not wake up until rebooted. Won’t work on scheduler when Wifi is not working. Reset and setup mulitple times without success. This is the original Lidar model(UR). there are newer models of this unit that start with AV and RV. Shark support was not very helpful. The firmware was almost a year old and they didn’t have a fix for this issue, which appears they need to push to you. You don’t have any way of checking for a firmware update through app. Great price if it worked. This UR model did a fantastic job of mapping and cleaning when it worked. I really like the design. I will probably wait for the newer models to drop in price as the bagless design and reviews of the newer models are very good.
Got it last time, works great. Had one issue were it wouldn’t connect to the app andrewdearling I had to run it three times to correctly map the house but now it works great.
Unfortunately, no, it does not have High Density Mop Integration.
Bought this before, maybe 8 months ago. I LOVE IT. I have had some issues lately with it not able to get back on the base. But other than that, this thing is nice to have. I have a german shepherd that sleeps in my room and have this set to clean every day. The amount of hair and dirt it picks up every week feels up the container. I have a smart vac downstairs that uses a bag that I have grown to dislike now that I have this. Will be picking up another one.
Dnagit! I was thwarted by the forums. I had every intention on buying this, but was busy reading this stuff when it sold out.

My history with Shark Robot vacs is not good. The wheel clip/spring has broken in 3 separate units. I won’t buy another just because of these durability issues. Went with an iRobot this round and so far, so good.
I purchased this refurbished Shark vacuum and after only having it for 90+ days we started to get an error message ( remove debris from under the round shark logo). There is no access to this area and now the vacuum is useless. I hope someone from Woot reads this and reaches out to me, if not I’m probably not going to order from them again.
