Only took 17 days for mine to be delivered last month. Does work great once it arrived.

Took awhile for mine to arrive too from the last sale. It was worth the wait. This little vacuum has great suction and easy to clean. Perfect for picking up cat litter tracked out of the box. I’m considering grabbing a second one for the campervan.

Yeah took forever to get mine as well - but it’s awesome. Sucked the cheerio dust (from my lovely kids) right outta the car seats.
I bought this last time, the only problem I had was I did not get the slot to keep the extras in the back. The back of the vacuum was just empty.

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

Mine will not charge after 3 months. Worthless $50 paper weight. Never again. Not recommended.
I love the one I bought new. Definitely pricey but a suction powerhouse like all the Shark vacuums!
