If you go into features and what it includes you will see it includes crevice tool and upholstery tool. But other attachments can be purchased from Shark. This is a great deal, it is refurbished which often makes it better than the new ones. I have this one and it will s great! You’ll love the headlights, a game changer!
How is a refurbished machine better than new?? Some people are saying that theirs quit soon after they bought it.
Exactly. It’s cheerleader comments like that, that makes me wonder. Is the beater bar replaced during refurbishment? What exactly is done?
Is the HEPA filter washable or does it have to be replaced?
I want to buy this- went to log in via Amazon, it wanted to verify my account via cell or email- which I did- then it prompted me to need to change my Amazon password- That’s not happening. Why is it doing this- my password is secure as it is and there is 2 factor authentication in place. If this is the case I won’t be making purchases from woot. Any other time I go straight onto Amazon with my current password and there are no prompts to update it- not sure why woot causes this to happen
I bought this last time it was on woot, and so far we love it. Works better than our dyson, and far better than the Eureka floor rover we also have. Kinda heavy, but it cleans really well. My wife thinks the cord is too short, but that’s a minor flaw. I didn’t notice any wear marks on it out of the box, and I’ve bought a couple refurbished vacuums over the years. So it looks new.

How well does this pick up hair and how easy is it to clean out the hair? I have 4 girls a husky and a 2ft beard. Is there a way to take out the roller bars to get the hair that twists around them?

It’s washable. I have one and I use it on my carpeted stairs with the upholstery attachment and it’s brilliant.
I don’t think you can take the rollers out.
Refurbished is often better than new! Many products are marked as refurbished just due to packaging damage. Also refurbished items get a thorough going over, unlike newly manufactured items. Overall you get a great discount and the original warranty!
