Any clarification re what exactly this is? I’m assuming it translated poorly from Japanese, but the picture appears to be a Shimano Nasci 2500, which usual price is about $100.
So this is a $70ish Nasci for almost $200
Fix your links to point to source
Fix the app to be usable
Fix this listing price to be sensible
Data got pulled from Amazon Asia, I guess? No idea but 100% a rip off if in fact a Nasci
Guess it got a price drop, good luck to all who bought the mystery eggplant key.
PRICE DROP!
Small Print: If you already purchased, that money will hop back into your pockets soonish.
Any clarification re model?
Not really.
These are being obtained from Amazon inventory so we don’t have a lot of information. Here it is on Amazon. There may be more information there.
Show me something and I’ll pass it on. Thanks!
As others have said, this reel is very old. It’s 2 generations behind. Here is Shimano Japan’s retail price. You’ll have to scroll down to the record that says 12,500 JPY
Are you sure this is from a legit site? There’s a lot scam sites on the web
Yeah I’d bet thats the case - this is from “Sport Shop” but shows a price of $99.95 for most recent version:
Yeah even the new JDM Nasci’s are $90-ish
I’ll take a gamble on Eggplant Key at that price. Thanks @ThunderThighs!
Aww lost interest and went away
Would of bought a few at 20
Would be nice if anyone who purchased would clarify model info like size.
In case this happens to come back.
Is it possible that there are more in stock? I see Amazon has a bunch of leftover
While Woot fulfills a lot of orders through Amazon, their inventory is not Woot’s. It’s independent of one another.
(Note that I am not staff. I just volunteer to help out on the forums.)
JDM reel, Nasci 2500B, Model 03570. Definitely older reel.
