I am trying to track my package but can’t figure out the carrier. I have a tracking number but no carrier name and when I google the tracking number nothing comes up. My package should have arrived a week ago. I tried contacting support but no response. Has anyone had this issue or does anyone know the carrier they use?

If you go to your order history, click on the item you’re trying to locate. The tracking number is a link and that’ll redirect to the carrier.
Side note: I’ve noticed shipping is slow from multiple online retailers. Old Navy and UPS lost my dang pants.
Woot’s customer service will respond to the email account listed on your woot account in 24-48 hours and you’ll want to check your junk & spam folders too.

Is that why Kmart is nearly dead in the US? They insisted on shipping pants.
