Shipping Speed?

I ordered something on 12/29 and paid for expedited shipping. The estimated delivery date was yesterday, but I haven’t even received a tracking number yet. Has anyone else had similar experiences? I have contacted customer service, but it looks like it will be awhile before I hear from them. Just wondering how long I should expect to wait for this.

Hi there. Sorry for the delay. The expedited shipping will be once the items ships. We’re at Amazon’s mercy here to get the item ready to ship. I’m sure the holidays have slowed things down a bit for them.

Thanks. I am just curious why my estimated shipping date still says yesterday and why I paid for expedited shipping. I am also annoyed as this is a replacement for a computer that I have already sold.

I understand and CS will help you out there. But again, it’s the shipping speed only. It doesn’t speed up order processing.

Thanks. I guess I am just confused about offering an Estimated Shipping date that they most likely knew they wouldn’t meet if it’s been “so busy”. I understand expedited shipping only refers to speed after processing, but when I ordered, there was an estimated shipping date based on the type of shipping I paid for, seems like bad advertising to me, but oh well live and learn. If this wasn’t such a good deal, I would just cancel.

We don’t know that it wouldn’t ship on time. Our estimated time is based on info returned from Amazon at the time of the order for orders shipping for Amazon.

Can’t even cancel because I’m past the two hour window and I already sold my old machine. I’ve never had an estimated date be so wildly inaccurate. First and last order with this company.

Didn’t you say the estimated ship date was yesterday?
With the weekend and holiday, it has been maybe 2 business days since you placed the order.

My guess is it’ll ship tomorrow and come to you so fast!

Well… It does say “estimated” delivery date, not guaranteed delivery. I guess that’s their out for not getting it to you on that date.

I’m sorry you have had such a bad time with this order, but I guess that doesn’t help you get your order any sooner.
