Why can I not get items shipped to Canada?
From the Woot FAQ:
Shirts do ship internationally but everything else is restricted to the continental US. As for why… I don’t know. Cost, probably. Woot charges a flat rate for shipping (unless you have Prime, then it’s free), so I would think that would be the reason. That’s just a guess, though.
