I’ve used these for a few years now, and the best word I can think of to describe them is AWESOME!
I honestly use them at least five times a week and 10 hours a day. I don’t think I’ve ever had them die on me. And they’re completely recharged after about an hour. I wear them at work (pretty much alone) and I wear ear plugs around my neck in case I’m doing something noisy and I can put the plugs in to drown-out the other noises.
The ‘open ear’ bit is great if I’m on a walk. Unless I’m cranking the music, it basically sounds like I have a radio on that’s sitting on a shelf nearby. I can talk to people and hear background noises just fine. They’re 100% waterproof so you can wear them in the rain (you can’t wear them swimming because blue-tooth doesn’t penetrate water).
It comes with a TWO-YEAR no-questions-asked warranty! I broke my first pair 18-months in (my backpack, my bad) and I called them and they told me to send them in. Two weeks later, I had a brand new pair! I’ve read other reviews where the company told the dude to cut them in half and send in a pic, and he got them within the week.
Phone conversations are great as well.
I should add that I have Menier’s Disease so I have substantial hearing loss in one ear. The bone-induction tech doesn’t completely make up for it, but I certainly notice a difference.
