My husband loves, loves, loves this pillow. Me, not so much, so one of the pair went to the guest room. I thought it was a little too soft for my taste, I like a little more support. He likes the squish-factor. Since not everyone likes the same thing, my only real complaint has to do with the sizing. We have a queen bed so bought the appropriate two pack. The pillows are encased in a soft, thick, zippered covering. That covering is a little too large for the internal component of the pillows. So, when I put them in pillow cases there is an extra couple inches of fabric to fold/tuck somewhere in the pillow case. I put on two cases each facing the opposite direction, but still do not like the way the fit looks.
