Just missed the mixed case.
Yeah. I got busy at work and didn’t get around to it. I was holding off hoping for someone else in the RDU area to split a case. Then I saw I had a $137 credit available for a statement credit on my credit card and was going to buy anyway. Processed the credit, went to buy, and it was sold out. Oh well.
Hehehe. The new cart thing ain’t great. I suppose it makes people a bit more itchy on the trigger finger, though.
Somebody needs to go ahead and buy all this bacon paste. I’m ready for more wine.

I would think the cart would make people less itchy on the trigger. It seems to me that it’s taking longer for each woot offering to sell than it did in Woot-offs when we had all day, one price shipping.
I tried this on toast, an omelette, and a burger. Even after removing 90% of what I had originally used, this stuff was far too salty and I did not like it.
Whoa, whoa, whoaaaa…Woot isn’t doing $5 all you can ship for one day anymore? Laaaater Woot; you used to be cool.

it doesn’t. It’s like sweet meaty jam with tons of solidified (at room temp melted) fat. I found that it didn’t taste much like bacon at all.
It’s more like bbq than bacon, but it’s pretty good.
As for the cart, back in the Elder Days, all Woots were $5 each, even in Woot-offs.
