I got box 2of2 but no box 1of2. So I have a jumping pad and enclosure, but only half of the poles, no springs, and no pad. This might be the most expensive and disappointing box of crap ever.

Same happened here. I got box 2of 2 but not the first one. I emailed and they responded by saying they don’t have the first box and that they will refund and I can keep box 2 of 2 lol. What the heck Ima do with half a trampoline lol.

After googling it, this has been an ongoing issue for Amazon as far back as 8 yrs. It would be nice if there was a way to pair up the mismatches. Amazon even used to have a product on there that was box 1 only.
Nothing like Woot blaming everyone but themselves everytime something goes wrong. 
Did anyone actually end up getting the product? Told my buddy to buy this since his kids loved the 12 foot version I have. He said he won’t buy from Woot after they screwed up the last few orders I told him to buy lmao. Can’t blame him as he appears to have learned his lesson.
Woot actually does a pretty good job of owning up to it even though Amazon is the one that handles most of it. Everyone gets full refunds and usually a coupon for their trouble so it’s not like you wasted a bunch of money. The disappointment after the anticipation is real but that’s the risk of trying to get something at a steep discount.
What am I supposed to do with not even half a trampoline?? Do they even check before they ship stuff? 2 boxes of 2 of 2 , like that should have been caught. Now I’m on a rabbit hole of looking at how long this has been going on. There’s a whole Amazon comment dating back over 8 years of people complaining about the same thing.
I have a box 2 of 2 also… Where are all the box 1 of 2’s??? I called Skywalker to inquire about buying box 1 of 2 and it’s $230… I was okay with buying a new trampoline for $99 on sale but can’t purchase one for $230 right now .. ugh… My kids were so disappointed at Easter when I had to tell them of the mistake from Woot/Amazon
