I’m like 90% sure I ordered twin mattress toppers, but it says they are full-sized. Bummed! Otherwise very nice, just won’t work for our kids’ beds.

How many inches thick is this topper and is it actually 2 pieces?
Hi there. Yes, you get two toppers.
Mattress cover/toppers like this (non-foam) don’t usually have a stated thickness. this is about all you get: “With an extra plush thick padding”
These actually might be thin enough to use those full size toppers on twin beds. fold em in half or tuck the edges down along the sides or cut off one side and hem that edge. I have purchased king size in the past and cut it up the middle for our RV single beds - my point being, you can cut these and just hem the cut edge. Lots of options as long as the toppers are bigger than you actually need. Hope this helps if you didn’t get them returned - but Woot is pretty helpful for returns or refunds.
I am so $@#& mad. My son told me the wrong size for the college apartments he and his brother are moving into. I contacted WOOT customer service and told them of the problem and that I hadn’t opened them. They said they would get back to me within 2 days, which they didn’t. In fact, they haven’t gotten back to me yet. I checked this morning and they are sold out. Now I’m stuck with these two boxes which I can’t use all because their lousy customer service refused to do their job.
CS typically takes 24-48 hours to respond. You’ll want to check the junk and spam folders because sometimes their replies go there. They’ll respond to the email address listed in your Woot account so you’ll want to check that if it’s different from your Amazon account email address. Also, a return label will come from UPS and not from Woot CS.
