Woot has had many $80-100 coffee warmers pass through in the last few months. (meh)
This one is different. You can use your own cups/bowls, no apps needed, the heating area will accomodate a bowl of soup, has a timer and 3 heat settings. Can also be used for candle warming or dry incense.
Some quick tips:
May want to set it up on a coaster or tile. It gets hot.
If you are using a flat bottom cup or bowl the lower settings work well. If the cup or bowl has a rim & raised bottom, may need to use a higher heat level.
Some cups may transfer heat to the handle area. Best to test that before picking it up the first time.
