Strong clothespins are rare. Clothes and crafts need these.

Many $1.25 in business with Family $. I do not enjoy the combination business. Many prices different levels. Hard to locate items. Some very limited inventory. I maybe will look, but i don’t promise.

@jeg57ms , @laurenba4 - Could not find any at local stores (Walmart, Target, Dollar General, and 2 chain grocery stores) that cost more than $3 for a bag of either 36, 48 or 50 - so this is the reverse of a “bargain”. (Wasn’t there shopping for clothes pins, but while making stops for other stuff looked in on them). Most don’t tell you the wood used but appear to be pine. I have my (late) Mom’s that she bought in the 50’s when “spring pins” started using rust proof steel so you didn’t get red marks on your sheets. They were made of MAPLE and will probably last forever. I have also found that there are some made of BAMBOO and expect that those being a far denser material than most pine will be far stronger and possibly last longer. Only time will tell how long those will last, they were $2.49 for a pack of 36 at the “flea market”, and weigh nearly 40% more than the same count in standard pine laundry pins.
