My phone fell off the couch and onto the tile floor and cracked my iPhone 14 ProMax. I am trying to put a claim in but it’s asking for the case type/name but there’s no name on this other than Speck. Please help.
What kind of claim are you trying to do? A claim with Apple, and they want to know if it was protected by a case?
