Is the email coupon already used up? I type it in and it says it cannot be found, today December 01, 2021 as per the instructions.
I also got the free item coupon and it only worked after i clicked “use this address” at the checkout screen.

Make sure you use the account that the email address is linked to.

The subject of the email will say “about your order”…check your junk or spam.

No it’s tied to your username so only you can use it. Try confirming your address and payment method, also make sure you are logged in to the same account you made your qualifying purchase with.

Alright so I accidentally said in the email that the coupon is valid Dec 1st 2021 - Dec 2nd 2019…yeah yeah i know. But I promise you don’t have to time travel, its valid until tomorrow at midnight.

On the checkout page, is there a blue box asking you to confirm your address? If so, click/tap on it and then things refresh/reload and put the code in again.
(Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)

that didn’t work, BUT logging in directly to Woot instead of through my Amazon login worked for some reason… even though the purchase that qualified me for the code was through my Amazon login… go figure.
