This looks like a decent MC jack, but it doesn’t seem worthy of Woot offers. The last time I saw a comparable jack, it was $79 - which was the high end price then. (Full disclosure: It was pre-pandemic pricing!)
The steerable wheels look plastic (ie: non metallic) and too small for the jack. It could tip if you took it for a walk around the garage with your bike on it and you ran into a bolt or pebble too fast!
Harbor Freight’s is showing as $129 now, but theirs does have metal wheels, but I think they look pretty similar in size.
As for tippabilty… I have a couple of the Harbor Freight ones in my shop and run into gravel constantly. I’ve never had the jack itself tip. It just … stops.
