1/4" shank bits? Pass. This seems like an el cheapo set. You’re better off buying better 1/2" shank bits one at a time as you need them.

Agreed in general, 1/2” router bits tend to have a lot less chatter. However, if you have a compact 18V router, you need 1/4” shaft bits.
The key question - is this a “false economy” - 24 carbide bits for $19? 79 cents per bit?!? Even the list price of $36 or $1.50 per bit begs the same question.
Nobody is going to mention how we deserve even deeper price cuts due to the “Plane and Simple” pun on the woodworking deals? ![]()
