I bought one of these last time. They are useless in the dark because the keys don’t illuminate the keys. The blue light is only behind the keys and not a real gaming keyboard. But it is great when you also have a light to illuminate the keys.
I bought this last time and half the keys didn’t work right out of the box. Woot refunded quickly. But reviews overall aren’t that good. Lack of quality control.
This time sold in 2 pack. I said I have a 50/50 chance I will only receive 1. This happens yet so often order qty shows 1 on account details and interns constantly forget to read the complete description. So, what do you think happened? Received only 1. Ordered just the other day and it was already at my front door underneath the porth sitting in a nice puddle of water must I say. It rained while we were at dinner and instead of delivery driver/s placing packages away from the screen and close to the home. They left all but 3 plastic envelope packages near the screen where they got rained on or sat in water afterwards. The plastic envelopes were dry however they actually were waterproof. Was this intentional or deliberate? After all what I have done for you all; I’m just another unknown email? Just when I thought we were heading in the right direction you all do something to take 2 steps backwards.
I only received one keyboard with my purchase. The listing stated 2 pack.

The last keyboard I bought, all the keys were blank. So, if you didn’t know how to type, you learned quickly. I used it at my job in IT so people wouldn’t use my desk. One look at the blank keyboard and they would stop. They blank keys are now an accessory.
Well phone call CS rep Salman was excellent. Providing me a full refund. Also, stated if these ever go back up for sale that the description will be fixed as well the in accurate pictures. As we’ve discovered these don’t have keys that are indeed lite up.
Once, again phone call worked better since I had multiple orders arrived and 2 that weren’t correct. When CS responds via email must I mention all agents should include order numbers back therefore both parties will be properly informed as to what items are in question. Through email response I went back and forth not realizing it was a different order they mentioned until I received partial refund when I didn’t want the single non backlite keyboard.
I also just received mine in the mail, only 1 keyboard was delivered even though it says 2 pack. (After contacting support, they shipped out another keyboard the next day
)
